This report describes a case of a young man with the dissection of ascending aorta, that was presented by atypical angina pectoris. The
atypical, position dependent angina pectoris to the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Also cardiovascular diagnosis was considered.
When the cause of the disease was determined, the patient was treated by supracoronary replacement of the ascending aorta.
