Chronická aortální disekce - atypická angina pectoris jako atypický příznak

Kazuistika popisuje případ mladého muže s chronickou disekcí vzestupné aorty, jež se prezentovala netypickou anginou pectoris. Na poloze
závislá atypická AP směřovala diagnózu k onemocnění koronárních tepnen, nebo zcela mimo kardiovaskulární systém. Po stanovení
příčiny onemocnění bylo toto řešeno suprakoronární náhradou vzestupné aorty.

The chronic aortic dissection - an atypical angina pectoris as an atypical symptom
This report describes a case of a young man with the dissection of ascending aorta, that was presented by atypical angina pectoris. The
atypical, position dependent angina pectoris to the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Also cardiovascular diagnosis was considered.
When the cause of the disease was determined, the patient was treated by supracoronary replacement of the ascending aorta.
