Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is very rare and associated with high mortality, in clinical practice most often presented
by acute coronary syndrome, involving frequently younger women. Treatment should be conservative, interventional or cardiosurgical.
Authors describe 4 cases of SCAD in cath lab during last 5 years.
