A case of an old lady with symptomatic aortic stenosis and ischemic heart disease is presented. She was treated by Transcatheter Aortic

Valve Implantation (TAVI) after previous PCI of left anterior descending artery with drug eluting stent implantation. The technique of

TAVI is described.
