Perkutánní implantace aortální chlopně u nemocné s těsnou aortální stenózou

Popisujeme kazuistiku nemocné s významnou aortální stenózou a ischemickou chorobou srdeční (ICHS). Byla léčena katetrizační metodou

perkutánní implantace aortální chlopně (TAVI) po předchozí PCI ramus interventricularios anterior s implantací lékového stentu.

Popisujeme techniku výkonu.
