Our case report describes a patient with stable angina pectoris suffering from a single diseased coronary artery, right coronary artery

chronic total occlusion (CTO). Following a primary unsuccessful antegrade recanalization of the occlusion, retrograde recanalization was

successfully performed in a second step.

Keywords: CTO, retrograde recanalization
