Spontaneous rupture of giant right coronary artery aneurysm as a cause of cardiac tamponade

Spontaneous rupture of coronary artery aneurysm is a very rare complication diagnosed mostly post mortem as a cause of sudden

cardiac death. Authors present a case of 66 year old man with spontaneous rupture of giant coronary artery aneurysm presenting with

cardiogenic shock due to cardiac tamponade.
