Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is diagnostic method enables the insight into coronary arteries. It is possible to perform precise measurement of lumen, plaque and artery as well. Using of IVUS renders possible more accurate measurements, especially in dubious situations and helps to reliable guiding of coronary interventions, including the diagnosis of complications.
