Acetylsalicylic acid resistance

Definice rezistence na kyselinu acetylsalicylovou (ASA) má svá úskalí, protože v sobě spojuje klinická a laboratorní kritéria. Rezistence na kyselinu acetylsalicylovou je definována jako neschopnost ASA bránit účinně kardiovaskulárním trombotickým komplikacím přes to, že ASA je řádně užívána. Dále jako neschopnost mít vliv na laboratorní testy, které umožňují sledovat destičkovou aktivitu (12). Je zajímavé, že již v roce 1966 Quick definoval ASA rezistenci jako neschopnost prodlužovat krvácivost u nemocných s vonWillebrandovou chorobou po podání ASA. Definovat rezistenci na ASA je obtížné, protože se definice vztahuje ke klinickému efektu ASA, nikoliv jen k laboratorní kontrole účinku ASA in vitro (3). V tabulce 1 jsou uvedeny faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat ASA rezistenci.
