We present the case report of 83 years old woman with dextrocardia and situs solitus, in whom we have performed primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute ST elevation MI of inferior wall. Catherterzation technigue and angiografic images are compared with another successfull PCI-in that case in dextrocardia patient with situs inversus totalis. Anomalous „geometry“ of coronary arteries did not cause any major technical problem in performing the procedure.

Keywords: dextrocardia, coronary arteriography, percutaneous coronary intervention.

Předkládáme kazuistiku 83leté pacientky s dextrokardií a situs solitus, které jsme provedli direktní perkutánní koronární intervenci (PCI) pro akutní infarkt spodní stěny s ST elevacemi (STEIM). Katetrizační techniku a angiografický obraz srovnáváme s další úspěšnou PCI - tentokrát u pacienta s dextrokardií a situs inversus totalis. Anomální -geometrie- koronárního řečiště nepředstavovala podstatný technický problém v provedení výkonu.
